2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products offered by Sabrina Dennison, including but not limited to the Cycle Journal for Highly Sensitive & Neurodivergent Women, as well as related digital journals, courses, and app-based content (collectively referred to as “Digital Products”).
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Nature of the Digital Products
All products offered are digital content within the meaning of EU consumer law.
They are provided electronically, either as downloadable files and/or via web-based or app-based access (PWA).
No physical goods are shipped.
4. Access and Delivery
Access to the Digital Products is provided immediately after successful payment or within a technically reasonable timeframe.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, software, and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access the Digital Products.
5. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (EU Consumer Rights Directive):
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once the performance has begun, provided that the consumer has expressly consented to the beginning of the performance and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you:
expressly consent to the immediate provision of the Digital Products, and
acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been granted.
As a result, all purchases of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.
6. Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access after purchase, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not possible once the Digital Product has been delivered or accessed.
This applies regardless of the extent to which the Digital Product has been used.
7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All content included in the Digital Products, including text, exercises, graphics, structure, design, and concepts, is the intellectual property of Sabrina Dennison.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Product for your own personal use only.
Any reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer – No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
The Digital Products are intended solely for educational, reflective, and self-explorative purposes.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for treatment by qualified healthcare professionals.
You are solely responsible for how you use the content and for any decisions or actions you take based on it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabrina Dennison shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Digital Products.
This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, interruptions, or individual interpretations of the content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

12. Commissioned Portraits and Original Artwork
Commissioned portraits and original artworks are created individually and intuitively based on the information and/or photograph provided by the client.
Because each work is created specifically for the individual, commissioned artworks are non-refundable once the creative process has begun.
All artworks are interpretive and artistic in nature. Exact likeness, symbolism, colors, or emotional interpretation are not guaranteed.
Clients confirm that they have permission to provide any photographs submitted for portrait work.
Estimated completion times may vary depending on artistic process, availability, and workload.
For physical original artworks, shipping costs, customs fees, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Because commissioned portraits are created individually and intuitively for each client, all portrait payments are non-refundable once the creative process has begun.
Digital versions of commissioned works may not be reproduced, resold, altered, or used commercially without prior written permission.
For physical artworks, the buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Sabrina Dennison is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
